Zeroing
in on the
key market
of builders,
we anticipated
that this
traditional,
risk-averse
tribe would
feel concern
about how
the steel
framing
system might complicate
their well
honed construction
processes.
To address
this concern,
we developed
an instructional
booklet
that graphically
illustrated
the simplicity
of the
process,
and its
effects
on downstream
trades.
We also
told the
USG Framing
story in
a brochure,
a website,
several
videos,
and at
trade shows
and multi-day events.
