Brand-launch firm announced launch of redesigned
website
Torque Ltd., a brand-launch and integrated marketing communications firm,
announced the launch of its own fully redesigned Web site, to keep current
with its evolving agency offerings, brand planning philosophy and creative
vision.
Torque is eager to maintain all areas of its marketing activity at consistently
high levels. “In our business, everything we do comes under scrutiny
as a demonstration of our capabilities. It’s paramount to be current
and on-target for all of the industries we serve.” explains Kevin
Masi, principal and co-founder.
The focus of the site is a clean, contemporary showcase for client work
and company news, and it goes beyond brochure ware with a customized,
secure file transfer area (FTP). Here, clients post and retrieve project-related
files to on a daily basis. "Sometimes clients even post files for
other third-parties, using the Torque FTP as an exchange forum. Seeing
that, we realized how central our website is in the ongoing transaction
of business with our clients," relates Masi. With every visit to
the posting area, users are also exposed to the latest company news,
updating them on Torque’s capabilities and accomplishments.
"Business Services firms need the design of their Web sites to pull back
as much as possible, allowing content to be king. The site must load
quickly and be easy to navigate. Busy executives don’t have time for
anything more than solid functionality. We believe this can be accomplished
in a site
that is also pleasing to look at and satisfying to use. Often, the things
you don’t see leave the lasting positive impressions," explains
Adam Lilly, Torque’s senior design manager.
With a focus on optimizing technology, Torque expects to be able to efficiently
post news, case studies, articles and other intellectual content, making the
Web site a central tool in Torque’s new business process.
