Torque marketing campaign receives Communicator
Award of Distinction
Torque Ltd., a brand-launch and integrated marketing communications firm,
announced receiving an award of distinction for a branding and sales campaign
created for The Elysian Development Group.
Torque developed the marketing positioning for the Elysian ultra-luxury
hotel and residence, including naming the hotel and writing the message
platform. The promotional campaign consists of print advertising, direct
mail and Internet marketing. Of particular note is the distinct creative
treatment, imaginatively using images and language to convey the experience
of discovering something rare, from another place and another time.
With a boost from the campaign, the Elysian hotel and residence project
has been a big success, exceeding initial sales targets. As a result,
the project has been expanded nearly 20%, including the construction
of additional units
and
other

Torque is still in process with the Elysian campaign, and is also turning
its sights on marketing luxury real estate projects in other parts of the country.
Torque has built a practice around marketing to the high-end consumer experience
in the areas of spirits, cosmetic medial services and consumer packaged products.
