company vision,
Kevin is
the author of Tribal Intelligence. Kevin guides the firm's web-centric
marketing strategies to reach tribal habitats, form persuasive
experiences and generate brand vitality.
He deftly juggles critical thinking and creative acumen, coming in bright and early every morning to lay the groundwork that ensures that clients get the distinction they deserve.
Kevin believes that exceptional problem solving comes through accountability.
By fostering a sense of duty in everyone from the night janitor to the account
director, he has built a team of "owners,"— people who treat Torque projects
as if they were their own. A favorite question he puts to the team: "What would
you do if it were your money?"
Before co-founding Torque in 1992, Kevin did contract work for agencies such as Leo Burnett and DDB Needham. He also has a family real estate business. He received his BA in Fine Art from U of I and today pursues interests in business psychology, biographies, and symphonic music. Kevin is an active member of Vistage,
a business leadership development organization.
