Goose Island Reserve Package Designs
Goose Island's
highly
coveted
reserve
line of
beers faced
the addition
of two
new members
to the
family,
Matilda
and Imperial
iPA. Each
beer needed
a unique
look. But
their debut
also presented
an opportunity
to nudge
the entire
line's
packaging
design
to a new level
of exquisiteness.
After crafting
unique
narratives
and logos
for each
of the
new beers,
we recommended
printing
the carriers
on highly
tactile
craft paper,
to emphasize
the hand-crafted
quality
of the
beers.
Refined
typefaces,
subtle
plays on
words and
as-yet-undiscovered
riddles
rounded
out the
package,
and the
reserve
beers have
enjoyed
surging
popularity.
