is a Chicago
Gold Coast
development
positioned
as a magical
return
to the
handcrafted,
luxurious
sensibilities
of an ideal
past. After
crafting
the name
and positioning
for the
Elysian,
Torque
launched
a pre-construction
marketing
campaign,
which in
addition
to the
website,
consisted
of print
ads and direct
mail.
The website
we created
for the
Elysian
conveyed
the ultra-luxury
sensibility
of the
brand through
subtle,
dreamlike
Flash animations,
and muted
tonalities.
It complemented
our award-winning
print advertising
campaign,
whose success
helped
increase
the development's
size from
39 stories
to 50 stories.
