is a Chicago
Gold Coast
development
positioned
as a magical
return
to the
handcrafted,
luxurious
sensibilities of an ideal past. After crafting the name and
positioning for the Elysian, Torque launched a pre-construction
marketing
campaign consisting of print ads, direct
mail and a web
presence.
The print
campaign
we developed
for the Elysian contributed to the overwhelming success of
the preconstruction
sales effort.
Based on
this success,
the Elysian
added 20
stories
to the
tower,
and purchased
adjacent
property
for a European
motor court.
The campaign
won the 2004 Communicator
Award for
Advertising.
