University Technology Park Print Collateral
To launch
the leasing of space, Torque designed and produced selling
collateral and custom kits for larger tenant presentations. The materials
included modular folders, inserts, and bound collateral, all of which
demonstrated
the unique,
modern style of IIT's development and its
contemporary approach to building a technology park. The bold architectural
style of the design was inspired by the logo and the Miesian aesthetic of
the buildings. Torque then created an overarching theme of historically
great scientific minds, implying that this facility would foster another
piece of significant history.
